Welcome Brown County Residents
Brown is a beautiful, smaller, county on Ohio’s souther border. One of the requirement to get on the ballot is we must get 10% of the voters of the last governors race – or approximately 418,00 signatures. However, those must come from at least 44 counties with at least 5% of their voters.
For Brown County to be a full partner in the Abolition of Taxes on Real Property amendment we need to collect at least 707 quality signatures. Therefore, the goal for Brown is to collect 2,122 signatures (15%).
