Welcome Stark County Residents
Stark is a vibrant, mid sized, county in Ohio. One of the requirement to get on the ballot is we must get 10% of the voters of the last governors race – or approximately 418,00 signatures. However, those must come from at least 44 counties with at least 5% of their voters.
For Stark County to be a full partner in the Abolition of Taxes on Real Property amendment we need to collect at least 6,696 quality signatures. Therefore, the goal for Stark is to collect 20,089 signatures (15%).
