Montgomery county continues to help us simple humans experience the heavens. One of the requirement to get on the ballot is we must get 10% of the voters of the last governors race – or approximately 418,00 signatures. However, those must come from at least 44 counties with at least 5% of their voters.
For Montgomery County to be a full partner in the Abolition of Taxes on Real Property amendment we need to collect at least 9,355 quality signatures. Therefore, the goal for Montgomery is to collect 28,066 signatures (15%).
