Welcome Huron County Residents
Huron is a beautiful county in Ohio’s central north. One of the requirement to get on the ballot is we must get 10% of the voters of the last governors race – or approximately 418,00 signatures. However, those must come from at least 44 counties with at least 5% of their voters.
For Huron County to be a full partner in the Abolition of Taxes on Real Property amendment we need to collect at least 941 quality signatures. Therefore, the goal for Huron is to collect 2,767 signatures (15%).
